Living Without my Mother in my 30's
Some kinds of grief don’t go away. They just change shape.
I'm so glad you're here.
My Name is Stephanie, Milisa
I am a Holistic Counsellor, Trauma -Informed Coach, my work is not to fix, but to sit with what is real — the ache, the questions, the in-between & the becoming, I hold space for anyone navigating loss, and for anyone who longs to be met with gentleness and presence. Together, we listen for what the heart already knows: that even in the absence, there can be strength, belonging, and a way forward.
Here, I also write about grief, healing, identity, my relationship with God and the quiet strength it takes to keep going and keep loving, pursing life and create even through the endurance of loss.
You'll find stories, thoughts from my heart, pieces of my journey and moments from journal and words I hope will meet you where you are. Whether you're navigating the inevitable of grief that comes from any type of loss, a place to land for both your resilience and softness -You are welcome here.
Take what you need, leave what you don't and know you're not alone.
With deep love, Steph
